I. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all clients who complete their booking for a headshot or branding session by October 3, 2023, even if the scheduled session date is after this. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
II. Entry & Multiple Entries:
- Each eligible client will receive one (1) entry upon completion of their booking.
- Referral Entries: Entrants can receive one (1) entry for every client they refer to Jeremy Bustin Photography who completes a booking by October 3, 2023.
- Team Bookings: If a client books headshots at a group rate for their team, they will receive an entry point for every individual on their team.
- Winners will receive a pair of playoff tickets to an Atlanta Braves game. The actual game(s) will be determined by the Braves' progress in the playoffs:
- Divisional playoff game
- National League Championship game
- Potential World Series game, should the Braves progress to it
- Winners will be allowed to choose which specific game they attend within the series they win tickets for. However, they cannot choose to attend a different series than what they won. (i.e., a winner of Divisional Round tickets cannot request to attend an NLCS or World Series game instead).
IV. Seat Details: The tickets are for seats in Section 322.
- Winners will be selected through a random drawing.
- The number of winners will be contingent upon how far the Braves progress in the playoffs.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone.
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Any taxes or fees associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- Jeremy Bustin Photography reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
VII. Liability Release: By participating, entrants release Jeremy Bustin Photography and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any prize won.
VIII. Privacy: Personal data collected during this promotion will be used solely for notifying winners and delivering prizes and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
IX. Promotion Period & Extension: This promotion begins on the date of announcement and ends on October 2, 2023. However, if the Braves receive a bye for the Wild Card, the contest will be extended. Any such extension will be communicated to participants.
